Contents of MoPlay Terms
In the following section we go into the MoPlay bonus terms as they appear on the site themselves. As you can see, they are broken down into sections and we have commented on the most relevant points for you to take a look at.
1. These terms and conditions
2. Information about us
3. How to contact us
4. Our contract with you
5. Holding more than one account
5.1 MoPlay accounts, including any MoPlay promotions, are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, IP address, same payment account number (e.g. debit card, bank account number), linked Paypal, MuchBetter, Neteller or Skrill accounts, mobile device (e.g. mobile or tablet), application download or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
Comment: This is a pretty standard practice employed by most of the bookies. However, it is important to highlight. If you or another member of the family of the same household, or even a housemate, already hold an account then you will not be able to open another one with this bookie. This is to stop one person from having simultaneous accounts on the go. It is a standard practice, but one that could affect a few of you, so keep this in mind.
6. Before you open an account with us
7. Restricted territories
8. Keeping your account secure
8.1 You must keep your account username and password confidential. We will not be responsible for any losses that may arise as a result of misuse of your username or password or from any unauthorised access to your account. If you have set the auto-login facility and believe someone else may be accessing your account then you should immediately disable the auto-login facility from all of your devices and contact our Solutions Team. You are responsible for the security of your device(s) and for all activity taking place on your account.
Comment: This clause is there to make sure you treat your account with the utmost respect. It is imperative that password and account details are kept for your eyes only.No one else should have access, and if they did, this would breach the rules. It is your responsibility to keep it safe an you should contact MoPlay directly if suspect and breaches in your confidentiality.
9. How your funds will be held
10. Deposits and withdrawals
11. Placing your bets
12. Payment of winnings
13. Maximum payouts
14. Free bet restrictions
15. Cash bonus expiry
16. Upgraded odds rules
17. Use of our app and/or website
18. Unacceptable use of our services
19. Third party software
20. IT failures
21. Sensible Play
22. Our rights to make changes
23. How to close or suspend your account with us
23.1 We will charge an inactive account fee if you do not use your account for an extended period. If you do not use your account for betting or gaming, depositing, withdrawing or transferring funds, or if it is otherwise inactive, for a period of at least 13 consecutive months then it will be considered an inactive account. All inactive accounts will incur a fee of £5 for each month it remains inactive (or such lesser fee as would take the balance to zero), which will be deducted from any funds sitting in that account. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed and you will need to contact our Solutions Team to re-open your closed account if you wish to use the services again. We will notify if your account becomes an inactive account and you will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any inactive account fee is deducted from it.
Comment: This is another pretty common practice in place by most operators. If your account hasn’t been used for 13 months, then you will be charged until there is no longer any money, before it is closed. Therefore, it is recommended that you withdraw your money and close your account if you intend to leave the bookie. Most bookies have some variation of this clause in their terms so keep an eye out for it.
