Here in our full Mr Win review we’ll be taking a close and proper look at all the different aspects of the operator, including the odds levels, the licensing and security measures, the quality of the customer service and much, much more. Keep reading below to discover more.

An Overview of the Betting Options

Overall, the Mr Win sports catalogue is pretty well equipped. This goes especially for the sports markets, like the best horse racing betting sites, there’s a nice mix of high-profile and slightly more alternative options available. When it comes to the betting options, though, the selection is quite as fruitful as what you’re perhaps used to seeing. The section below will cover the sports and betting options in more detail.

Sports Markets & Bet Types

When browsing through the Mr Win sports market catalogue, you’ll find a selection containing around 24 different options. Included in this are, of course, all the most commonly bet on sports such as football, horse racing, golf and tennis, as well as a number of niche markets like surfing, cross country skiing and Australian rules football. The one major blip on the operator’s portfolio, however, is the absence of greyhound racing markets. Seem as though dog racing is one of the most popular markets in UK, we would have thought that a new operator looking to make a good impression would have catered for much-loved British pastime. The fact that they do not is a bit of a disappointment.

The Most Popular Markets at Mr Win
Football Tennis Cricket Golf Horse racing
Premier League Wimbeldon Natwest T20 Blast The Open Championship Grand National
EPL Championship US Open Super League Women Ryder Cup Cheltenham
Primeira Liga ITF Men Tamil Nadu Premier League United States President’s Cup Ascot Gold Cup
Serie A ITF Women Caribbean Premier League U.S Open Dubai World Cup
Bundesliga ATP Challenger World ICC World Cup World LPGA Kentucky Derby
Ligue 1 WTA The Ashes PGA Money Tour Dubai World Cup

When it came to the depth of coverage of the sports that are available, we must say that we were pretty impressed with the showing. Football, being the UK’s most popular sports market by far, is extremely well looked after, with a fantastic range of top European tournaments, age group, and non-league level competitions to bet on. Also for rugby, where most online gambling sites tend to only support outright bets for some of the bigger competitions, Mr Win allows you to place individual match bets on the Aviva Premiership, the Top 14 and the New Zealand Mitre Cup. Simply put, with well over 30,000 pre-match and live betting markets in their arsenal, Mr Win is extremely well stocked for an operator of its age.

In-play Betting & Live Streaming

Despite the fact that live streaming is not currently available on the site, Mr Win have an extremely attractive live betting platform that boasts top-notch in-play graphics, live score updates, and a fantastic number of betting markets to choose from. In addition, there’s also a handy in-play schedule that lets you know exactly which events will be available to bet on for the rest of the day. Customers can choose from over 10 different sports markets, although the one thing that’s sorely missed here is the cash-out feature. This goes both for pre-match and in-play markets which, unfortunately, meant that we were left with little choice other than to deduct few points.

Multiples Betting Options

Mr Win have made sure that they’ve catered for all the slightly more experienced punters out there that like to play the numbers game by supporting multiples and system bet types. Not only that, but they’ve optimised the bet slip so that you can carefully manage all your different bets without doing any complicated complications yourself.

The bet slip allows you to add a maximum of 20 single selections. Each selection is clearly marked, and the more selections you add (funnily enough) the easier it becomes to manage. At the bottom you’ll find an empty box where you can type in the amount you wish to wager; the potential winnings are displayed just below this, and the separate tabs that divide your single, multiple and system bets are found at the top.

Bet and Win Limits

The bet and win limits is one area where you can clearly see that the operator is some way behind all the more established betting sites featured in our review. With a maximum permitted pay-out of just £50,000 per day, which is a far cry from the £2million offered by William Hill in some cases, it’s clear that they don’t yet have the bankroll to be able to compete with the best in the business at this point.

Odds Levels 6

All in all, the odds prices on offer at Mr Win aren’t particularly outstanding. The maximum pay-out for football is respectable, reaching up to 94.79%. However, when we compare this to the industry leader BetVictor, or even NetBet, whose numbers peak at 98% and 97% respectively, the gulf in value becomes clear.

Odds Levels for the Largest Sports Markets
  • .
  • Football92.36 - 94.79%
  • Cricket90.39 - 92.10%
  • MMA91.01 - 92.01%
  • Tennis90.97 - 92.51%
  • Ice Hockey89.31 - 91.14%
  • Rugby89.14 - 91.23%
  • Darts89.80 - 91.02%
  • Horse Racing78.05 - 81.74%
  • Snooker91.50 - 92.63%
  • ..
  • .....
  • Return to Player (%)

As can be seen in the table above, there are a number of sports markets where the odds peak at round the 92% mark: cricket, MMA, tennis and snooker. For sports the numbers are reasonably competitive and there’s some good value to be had. Overall, though, odds prices are not the bookmaker’s forte. To learn more about odds prices across bookmakers, please head on over to our main sports betting sites page.

The Mr Win Platform 7

Mr Win have employed the services of the multi award-winning software solutions company, EveryMatrix, for their sportsbook platform. The quality becomes apparent as soon as you land on the homepage, with the high-tech black and orange colour scheme making a strong first impression. There entire width of the screen is used, which is extremely nice to see as many operators tend to opt for a slightly more crammed approach with all the information condensed in the middle part of the screen. Here, though, all the data is nicely spread across the page, and the layout and design allows for maximum ease of navigation.

The full list of a-z sports markets can be found on the left-hand side of the screen, with quick links to some of the most popular markets located just below allowing for quick and easy one-click-access. The search bar at the very top allows to carry out a direct search for a particular team or betting market, and you can access the promotions page and the live betting page by clicking on the individual tabs at the very top of the page.

How to Place a Bet

Placing a bet at Mr Win is just as you would expect: quick, easy and stress free. The whole process (from logging in to placing and confirming your bet) can be completed in about 6 clicks, which can come in handy, especially when betting in play, if you see top-value odds price displayed and you want to add the selection before it fluctuates.

  • [1] Make Your Selection(s)Mr Win bet selectionAdd a selection to your bet slip by clicking on the odds price displayed next to the betting market.
  • [2] Enter Your Stake AmountMr Win stake selection Enter the amount you would like to wager into the empty stake box.
  • [3] Confirm Your Selection(s)Mr Win bet confirmationCheck the bet once more to make sure that everything is how it should be. Then hit the Place Bet key to confirm the selecion.

To add a selection to your bet slip simply click on the displayed price shown next to your desired betting market. Clicking on the odds price will automatically prompt the slip to appear on the right of the screen, at which point you’ll have to type in the wager amount. Once you’ve decided how much you’d like to bet and you’ve given the selection a quick check to make sure everything is how it should be, click on the PLACE BET key to make the bet final.

Additional Company Info

In the following sections we’ll be taking a closer look at the finer details of the Mr Win business. For information relating to the license and security measures, the customer service and more, keep reading down below.

About the Business

Mr Win is a brand-new betting site with big ambitions of making a lasting impression in the European gambling market. In addition to their sportsbook they also offer casino and live casino gaming products, with the site itself being powered by EveryMatrix, an award-winning software provider.

At present, we don’t know a great deal about Mr Win’s business plans for the future. They have, however, got things started off on the right foot, offering their customers the full package – pre-match, in-play betting, casino, and live casino platforms. Keep checking back to see how the operator evolves over the coming months.

Customer Service 6

The customer service measures here at Mr Win aren’t superb, but definitely sufficient enough to make sure that you’re never left out in the cold when you’re having problems with your account. There’s no phone or fax services available, however, the 24/7 live chat feature means that you can speak with a member of the customer support team and get help with the vast majority of troubleshooting issues whenever you need it. Alternatively, you can make use of the email contact form on the website and wait for a reply, which usually comes within 24 hours.

Licensing & Security 8

Mr Win have recently obtained a license from the UK Gambling Commission, which means that all of their products are checked and regulated for fairness and integrity, and also that they are obliged to adhere to strict government relations regarding promoting responsible gambling. The company also employ the services of the world-renowned security company, Go Daddy, which keeps all your personal information out of harm’s reach.

Not Too Many Bonus Points

Given its short time in the sports betting business, Mr Win only managed to rack up two points in our bonus section. With no live streams, awards or sponsorship deals as of yet, we were only able to award the operator a couple of points for their extra markets and their new-player free bet offers.

  • Live Streams.0/3
  • Sponsorship.0/3
  • Awards.0/2
  • Extra Markets.1/1
  • Bonuses.1/1
  • Bonus Points.2

But do not be disheartened, the bookmaker displays many amiable features across the betting platform. We expect to see an expansion of the technological capabilities of the Mr Win Sportsbook in the near future; with live-streaming, cash-out features and a mobile-app all on the horizon. This operator is making quick progress to becoming a market leader amongst the new players to the bookmaking business.

Limited Service

In the end, we can say that we were reasonably pleased with Mr Win’s performance after we put the operator through the paces in our different testing areas. There are a number of positive features here, namely the massive number of betting options, the sleek, easy-to-use platform and the smooth bet placement process. However, when we look at the low odds prices, bet & win limits and the lack of live streams or in-play cash-out, it becomes clear that there are gaps in the service.
